What the scorecard measures

Still on your desk
The jobs that come back every week, like quotes, invoices and chasing payments, that still need you.

In your head or written down
Whether your prices, your rules and how jobs get done exist anywhere outside your own head.

Letting go
Whether you send work out after a quick check, or redo it and take the job back.

Where your week goes
How much of your day goes on the inbox, people needing you, and paperwork after dinner.

Follow-through
Whether the things you plan to fix actually get fixed, and still work 3 months later.

Where you are with AI
How often you use AI, what it does for you, and how much of your business it can see.
Built for the business owner who knows which jobs to hand over, and still does them
You run a good business, and the bills get paid.
But the quotes still sit with you. The invoices go out whenever there's a gap, and the list of people who owe you keeps growing. You know which jobs you should hand over. You may have tried AI, got something generic back, and decided it wasn't for a business like yours.
This scorecard shows what keeps that work coming back to you. When an AI employee takes a job on, you check the work instead of doing it.
Who made this scorecard
I'm Dr Yannick van Hierden, a behavioural scientist and business coach. I spent nearly a decade at Griffith University, and now I coach business owners across Australia.
My PhD found that what people knew barely changed. How they worked and how their week was set up changed a lot. The further they got, the bigger the change. That's why this scorecard asks about you as well as your jobs.
